Passionate employees, exciting and compelling mission in support of national security , great benefits, and amazing culture.

Cons

Arcfield is divesting from large contractor has had some issues and problems, but every day gets better. Looking forward to January 2023 and being a stand alone company with our own vendors and tools.

So far good company since it was transitioned from another company. Benefits are decent , depending on what you are looking for.

Cons

Work hours could be less strenuous but that comes with how a contract is put together too.
