Time off. There's lots of time off. Not including the 7.5 hours out of 8 that you'll be doing nothing and pretending to work.

Cons

Management is incompetent. This company is full of double standards, and I'd swear they get off on making people miserable. There's no accountability being taken, especially not from senior management. Morale is so low, the morale bar would be on the ground. Not even a cockroach could get under it.
