      Pros

      The company itself is literally being built from the ground up. Working in IT you are directly involved in building the infrastructure and even as desktop support you will take on greater and greater administrator responsibilities. If you want to quickly gain experience for your future career goals this is a great place to do it.

      Cons

      Due to the company being brand new resources are harder to come by and equipment isn't the best. There is also limited documentation on processes for IT as you are the ones building it. This isn't so much a con as something to consider.
