Pros

CEO has given a crystal clear strategy, shares it, and listens Focus is: Mission, People, Business and it shows Invests in technology--for the customer and its employees

Cons

If you come from a huge company it can take a bit to adjust (but less bureaucracy is good)

Pros

The work is interesting and exciting, everyone is very friendly, and there is lots of corporate hoorah which leads to good spirits. Lots of advancement opportunities available. 401k match of 6% is decent

Cons

Company profit takes precedence over anything and everything. 401k contributions are withheld till the last minute to improve cash flow. If you arent working directly for a contract, the company will either work to find a way to have you work for a contract and be a direct charge employee or they will fire you. The company will not pay overtime as that directly effects their profit margin but has no issue creating goals or requirements that will require it and then penalize you when you cant make the deadlines. Promotions will be denied if they aren't in the appropriate salary/time window so that the company can charge the customer for your increased salary. Annual raises are a joke.
