      Good company overall. benefits good.

      Cons

      Could use some more diversity at the executive level. Given they had the unique opportunity to build their staff recently being a "newer" company, they could've brought in a more diverse staff.

      Senior leadership are approachable, have a good grasp of the technical aspects of what we do and are focused on the mission and supporting the people doing the mission.

      Cons

      It is a start up organization with all that entails.
