It gives you experience in the medical background and if they really need staff they will hire quickly.

Cons

Management is terrible. They think they are above everyone and treat everyone terribly. The pay sucks and you barely get raises.

Benefits, PTO, overtime available, nothing else....

Cons

Management more worried about filling a spot on the schedule than patient care. They do not assign patients based on acuity and you have average of 7 patients per day. Nurses do not have time to really provide good patient care, but Archbold preaches hourly rounding. Always short staffed. Turn over is very high where I worked.
