      Very nice hospital in a great small town

      Pros

      Forward thinking medical center with great health and dental benefits. Variety of opportunities in the organization. Centrally located in a very nice part of town and less than a mile to downtown.

      Cons

      Must be ok with a small town. The medical center is unique in that rarely will you find a town this small with such an extensive state of the art medical center.

      Pros

      Smaller organization and most staff are very friendly with one another. After working there a while you come to feel a part of the team and family.

      Cons

      The administration does not elicte that team feeling and many employees felt neglected and mis-used. After working they're 7 years with positive feedback from supervisors, co-workers etc, there was no initiative from administration to try to find out why I was leaving nor several other long time workers wit great work ethic. Staff does not feel valued.
