Pros

Archbold has a positive culture focused on improving patient care and satisfaction. Management is also working towards improving employee satisfaction. There are opportunities to advance yourself within the company, if you have the drive to do so, including educational advancement with tuition reimbursement.

Cons

A con verbalized by many employees is the pay in comparison to other local hospitals. Archbold's health insurance, although has a low cost per pay period, you need to use Archbold affiliates.
