      There is a lot of turnover....toxic work environment. Managers take from the team and no one is paid what they should be....reporting is always wrong.

      Pros

      Management has great experience in the industry and they are willing to teach you everything they know but are very open to new ideas and approaches. Laid back atmosphere in a low pressure sales environment. Flexible with scheduling needs.

      They give recognition for your successes. Great benefits. They offer a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      TERRIBLE management. Basically no management at all. There's absolutely no training and if you're new to the staffing industry you will have zero idea what you're doing. The company doesn't have the money to give you resources to set you up for success. Additionally, the company lies about why people get let go on a company wide call. That's weird and extremely unprofessional? I was told and promised so many things when I verbally accepted my offer and none of it was true or happened. They say they care about their employees when in reality they don't care about you at all.
