      Pros

      Might be good for a fluffer job in between jobs. Would say good for new comers but there is no proper training.

      Cons

      This is a role you will get paid low, for a lot of work. Average salary for recruiters is about 50k. No proper training. Fire people at the slighted issue rather than fix it. In office work only, flexible is a lie. Internal drama. They are clearly getting the honest reviews removed and padding them with upper management.

      Pros

      Working with some of the best teammates around. You won't find a company that is more inclusive and willing to help you grow than this one. Most staffing firms only care about the bottom line, this is NOT one of those firms.

      Cons

      This is a great company, no cons that I have seen.
