      Hours are good and coworkers are awesome

      Cons

      Management and corporate do not respect you or your personal time. Will force you to work OT or weekends under threat of punishment, will give you attitude if you call in sick or say you can't come in early or on your day off.

      Pros

      Good culture and flexible hours working at corporate office.

      Cons

      CEO is a disrespectfully bully! Talks down to everyone and yells at folks in front of everyone. COO has zero leadership traits. A fake who is pretending and exudes boastful superiority when CEO is not around. Comical! Employees around the office have no respect for senior leadership. Lot of unnecessary drama.

      Upper management needs replacing

      Pros

      Great people on the factory floor to work with when. Other managers throughout the company work extremely hard and are good people.

      Cons

      Upper management has no idea how to manage. Problems start with upper management and are pushed down to the lower levels to be fixed. Upper management does not understand what accountability means. They will absolutely run you over to make themselves look good. Too many yes men and women to count.
