- No direction, priorities shift with wind - Terrible CEO and upper level managers (investment focused) - Dramatically overworked plant employees to cut costs without studying impact - Hostile work environment (CEO's minions regularly swear at subordinates, CEO ridicules site employees in front of everyone at company meetings)

Pros

Loved that it was close to home. Great pay and great co-workers. I wish I was still there to be involved in all the extra camaraderie that I enjoyed so much.

Cons

Once it was taken over by a US based firm, downsizing was prevalent. The morale went down quickly and things got ugly.
