      Used to be a very employee oriented company until the Americans came and took it over

      Cons

      Too many changes and with each subsequent change, management lost concept of employee satisfaction.

      Pros

      Expanding, perhaps to fast. Not afraid to spend money on equipment or add upper level management positions.

      Cons

      Labor force is overwhelmed. Upper and mid-management out number the actual work force 2 to 1. Over 100 people work in the corporate office that add no value to manufacturing. Currently the company is poised for sale. Policies change on whims. Fear is no way to manage. Get hurt here----get fired
