      Great people at the sites.

      Cons

      Local site management is terrible, no leadership from plant manager, no support from corporate when issues arise

      Pros

      Loved that it was close to home. Great pay and great co-workers. I wish I was still there to be involved in all the extra camaraderie that I enjoyed so much.

      Cons

      Once it was taken over by a US based firm, downsizing was prevalent. The morale went down quickly and things got ugly.

      Used to be a very employee oriented company until the Americans came and took it over

      Cons

      Too many changes and with each subsequent change, management lost concept of employee satisfaction.
