      Pros

      I can't find anything positive to say about Arclin. However when they used to be Dynea the company was a great place to work. No work life balance.

      Cons

      Very poor moral, poor benefits, poor management, low pay and too many bean counters that nit pick on a $0.50 parc meter travel expense and limit how many cups of coffee you are allowed to expense during your business trip.

      Pros

      Good pay and benifits for area.

      Cons

      No direction or disicive leadership;politcal infighting underming employee relationships and cooperation.reduced;hours and pay for some and not others gives one the impresion of management taking care of themselves.Some people are not doing their jobs and are allowed to get away with it.
