Ability to experience a lot that most students out of college would not. Able to take the lead on many projects and leverage your experience in your future career

Cons

Small company with lots of politics. Finance department is not where they look to grow individuals

Great people (the ones who actually work there, not management).

Cons

They have laid off so many people I imagine whoever is left has had to pick up the slack. You're always wondering when they're going to 'restructure' again. Pay is below average.

Pros

I can't find anything positive to say about Arclin. However when they used to be Dynea the company was a great place to work. No work life balance.

Cons

Very poor moral, poor benefits, poor management, low pay and too many bean counters that nit pick on a $0.50 parc meter travel expense and limit how many cups of coffee you are allowed to expense during your business trip.
