The biggest problem with this company is the personalities they put in Directors positions. There is absolutely no concern for the employees below all of the Directors. The Directors at Arclin consider employees something to throw away rather than work with. or improve. Arclins directors and upper management live in their own little bubble in Roswell GA and have no idea of what is going on at their plants, and don't care.
