      Pros

      Casual work place with many dedicated employees. Corporate employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Management changed shifts from 5/8s to 4/12s to 4/3 day split in ONE YEAR. imagine trying to find childcare when your scheduled hours can completely change at the drop of a hat effective almost immediately each time. They do not care about your work/life balance or you as a person. New Plant manager runs off anyone half a brain because he just wants "yes men". Turnover is crazy high. Feels like about 25% of people have been there for 20+ years, but the rest for less than 6months. There is no organization of materials and the plant is absolutely filthy.

      Great company and they take care of their employees while u benefit them

      Cons

      You can get let go at anytime even if they tell you there was a nothing wrong with your performance you will get let go and sign and agreement to never come back

      -You’ll be challenged to do your best. -Leadership is engaged and transparent. -VP of supply chain is following through on making changes to balance roles & responsibilities along with having a more logical structure to the organization. - IT is making it a priority to implement tools that better support the planning functions. -If you’re willing to work and polish your craft, opportunities open up.

      Cons

      -Not a lot of enforcement on in office attendance. -Pulling the trigger too quickly on new business ventures. -There could be a more formal training structure when someone enters a middle management role.
