      The atmosphere here is fantastic. I have not run into anyone that is not a good person, BUT everyone has bad days.

      Can be LONG hours sometimes with little to no OT pay.

      Unethical Practices and Mismanagement at ATC

      Peers are wonderful New CEO is taking company in right direction

      If you don’t make your deliverables, regardless of fault, you need to be video taped physically dropping an object and say that you were not successful. This video is then shared to the entire site. The company (Arconic Technology Center ATC) tracks when you badge in and badge out every day and runs a report to see how long everyone is working. They use this against you in evaluations. If you don’t regularly put in 50+ hours/week you’ll be told you won’t advance. If you miss submitting your time card, you go on a “Timesheet Offenders” list that is available to everyone to see. Only after I left did I truly realize what stockholm syndrome I had working at ATC. Stay away if you want to grow your career.
