Some good people still holding on from the Alcoa days.

Cons

The majority of people hanging on in this company are clique oriented Alcoa people who operate on the outdated premise that organizational knowledge is power, that women and minorities are limited in their capabilities, and that new hires need to "figure things out on their own."

Pros

You get to work on the latest and greatest Defense and Aerospace components which are technically challenging and rewarding. Excellent 401k match (10%) and good health insurance. Great resume builder.

Cons

The work culture is horrible causing a lot of stress and thus friction between all employees. Pretty much everyone is disgruntled here. Management staff is senior and stuck to old fashioned ideas. Turnover is high. Not the best payer and with current environment, salaries are frozen. Every process is thickly layered with red tape.
