      401k match is better than average

      Cons

      - The work culture is hostile at best. The veteran staff are condescending to new hires and many of their behavior can be classified as workplace bullying. - Management's direction changes more often than the wind. - Work life balance is nonexistent if you work in manufacturing. Many employees work 7 days per week. - Salaries are low for the area. - Company is only motivated by its stock price.

      Pros

      Overtime available, management does not badger you to hurry up.

      Cons

      HR doesn't care about production people. They are only interested in assisting management with their needs. They have changed hiring requirements, pay structure, and are directly responsible for lower morale and higher turnover. I am actively searching for a job where I feel valuable to the company.
