      Pros

      Good benefits, good pay, they are working on getting a union, they only care about safety until something happens, clean in the lobby, the warehouse get a good cleaning when company comes, then they roll out the red carpet.

      Cons

      Shifts alignment multiple times a year..HR is behind supervisors/TL 110%..poor training..work 60 hours a week.TL micro manage. Hardworkers work harder than someone twiddling their thumbs. TL will not say nothing to them but will ride the hardworkers.

      The pay and benefits are reasonable.

      Cons

      The schedule leaves little time for family/home life. The supervisor turn over rate is very high. This is due to the Maintenance Unit Supervisor being used as a catch all for management.

      Flexibility to work from home occasionally Bimonthly (or more) technical training and information sessions

      Senior Management (MCS) does not acknowledge employee concerns and are more concerned with their own appearance Engagement Managers are constantly struggling for power plays and lose sight of project deliverables Excessive project hours which eliminate any kind of work-life balance Clients will often change and edit reports in order to not look bad in front of management
