Get to choose your own hours of OT, company stock given, quarterly bonuses if company meets the quota, safe environment.

Cons

Lack of knowledgeable management. Managers can sometime make it difficult for floor workers. Lack of proper training program, doesn't appreciate the hard workers on the floor.
