Good pay different jobs usually good hr good plant manager good clerks very interesting job some really good co-workers it's not a bad job if the supervisor do there job better and other employees can be Glenn is amazing plant manager rich good guy Pam and linda awesome

Cons

There's more come then pros so much just the key ones is management training blame game lazy matnaice machines break down all the time crap insurance horrible hrs 6 days a week ever week rotating shifts but randomly bullying supervisor get angry cuss and throw stuff

This company takes care of its employees in more ways then one..Profit sharing is a plus..There is not a hard job in here..very blessed to be working with this company!

Cons

Depends on job the work hours can be hard to have a family life..There is not a good sickleave policy and you really cant afford to be off too long..
