16+ hr workdays, constant berating by management, illegal hiring practices. From your start date management is looking for a reason to fire you. They want people that they can blackmail into never leaving and working for nickels.

Plant is old and wore out management is a joke they bring in people who Clearly have never done the job but have a degree in anything so they are “qualified “ equipment is decent don’t plan on having a life outside of work unless your one of the favorites cont on workin 6-12s +
