Hard to come up with pros... The pay was okay and my first boss was a good person.

The environment at all top levels is highly toxic, creating a negative atmosphere that affects everyone. A small group of individuals makes all the decisions, primarily prioritizing their own interests and bonuses. It feels reminiscent of Trinity 2.0. Additionally, the HR manager has significant control over decisions, leading to a situation where leadership is fearful of her.
