Cons
This is not a good place to work. Private equity acquired this company and rapidly went about making this a horrible place to work. Only consider a job here if you’re in sales because that’s all the ceo cares about or understands.
Management is obsessed with using ai to squeeze extra work out of people with no mind to the poor quality of work it produces or the ethical implications of sending customer data into the information blender.
Culture and capabilities are lacking. There are no policies in place for advancement and it is completely on the employees to push for it. Management does not listen to employees. They grow through acquisition but never really integrate each company fully.
