      Reorganizing Constantly

      Pros

      Many roles offer 100% telecommuting.

      Cons

      Dyntek was bought by venture Capital company Arctiq in 2023 and reorganized (fired) almost all of Finance plus they fired key roles in Operations. Many long term employees’ positions were eliminated without a single day of severance. This is not a company that cares about doing the right thing.

      Pros

      The interview process was efficient and that's where the pros end.

      Cons

      After being verbally offered a position at X salary, HR reneged on the offer stating budgetary concerns. The hiring manager then came back with an offer for another position at a much lower salary, showcasing this company's unprofessionalism.

      Cons

      Many people were terminated without warning or being put on plan. Private Equity came in and changed the culture to become very cut throat.
