None, there are only cons working for this place. Their only goal is to grow value so they can sell. Nothing else matters./
Cons
Sales and Consultants are overworked. When the consultants can't hit their util, they get canned even though they can do nothing to affect their util. They are owned by a private equity firm, that in itself should tell you to stay away. When they do fire you, no severance, no warning.
