I enjoy working with the customers and my director of rehab is very flexible.

Cons

Some weeks I do not get enough hours, less than full time status. But that is okay with me!

Pros

I worked for them for over three years mostly on their acute care rehab floor. I loved the patients and taking care of them.

Cons

The place was 90% agency and a lot of bullying and white racial profiling happening. Not enough staff which the patient care was suffering. Management had no clue what was really going on and the professionalism was absent. There was an LPN sleeping out in her cars most of the night shift and she was the main troublemaker!
