Good benefits, pay was pretty decent.

Cons

Not one bit of respect for employees, and no core values for residents either. No work life balance at all.

Pros

My co-workers, or at least whoever is still there, residents are fun to talk to & take care of. Administration in the facility is one of the better ones we've had in the past. More than willing to come to the floor to help out.

Cons

Corporate is worried about the color of uniforms and dress down days, instead of focusing on getting staff hired to take care of our customers who pay for services which we can barely provide and agency staff who don't provide at all.

Great mission. Diverse and inclusive workplace. Overall, values it's employees.

Cons

Response to covid is disjointed. Antiquated systems make it hard to adapt. Corporate leadership is disconnected from how covid has impacted service delivery, as well as adequate staffing.
