      In-house therapy, great health insurance benefits, great team to work with, 401k, FSA, reputation in the community, great therapy manager

      Cons

      management is slow to respond, always short staffed, poor staff retention, lower end in pay for almost all jobs, no motivation for progression

      I really can’t think of any pros to working here

      Cons

      The residents are treated horribly. The work/life balance doesn’t exist. Corporate won’t listen and lets the on site managers get away with lies and cover ups. The buildings are always dirty. The staff is always changing.
