      There are decent benefits, travel/mileage reimbursement, friendly coworkers, some intelligent systems in place

      Cons

      Work well beyond 40 hours per week, many times work spills over to the weekends. Doctors at skilled facility leave 99% of work to the nurse practitioners

      Unprofessional leadership team. Unqualified managers with no people skills. Nepotism, racism, discriminations. No regards for resident or employee safety. Administration (office) creates hostile work environment if they don't like you
