Pros

Can manage a 40hr work week. Very kind people. Somewhat flexible hours if your willing to work on weekends. No call or hospital rounds. Provide phone and laptop. That’s about it.

Cons

Severely underpaid for experience and dual certification. No tuition reimbursement. TERRIBLE documentation system. Very disorganized back office. Do not value education or true quality care. Only care about billing. Fast turnover, upper management heavy with no visible outcomes supportive of best practice.

Work from home-equipment includes - paid holidays- two screens - co workers are nice-401 k - you get benefits but they are pricy

Cons

Management is rude - they try to intimidate you instead of educating you- poor training - high stress- many meetings
