I couldn't ask for better co workers. The camaraderie, caring, and genuine concern for each other is evident daily.

Cons

I've been with the company over 25 years. Went from the corporate office into a facility 14 years ago. After 14 years my hourly wage is less than a dollar more than what I was making in corporate. It's expensive in South Florida and my salary isn't keeping up. I love my job and I work hard, but I feel compensation could be better.

ProMedica and Arden Courts itself is an amazing company to work for. Their specialized programming for memory care and philosophy is top-notch.

Cons

Current ED and DON have not kept this location to the standards as it was previously or ProMedica and Arden Court standards
