      some of the residents and family members are wonderful and well as some employees. we know how to work together to help each other out when needed.

      Cons

      management don't care about their employees while some don't even care about the residents that live there. You will get wrote up for not coming in to work being very sick. Resident care is ignored until it is to late. They consistently don'tt do anything about residents being left in soaking wet briefs all day and then begin to break down. They will ignore concerns that care partners tell nurses or management.

      Pros

      From my experience the connection you make are everlasting. You almost become friends with the residents and their loved ones Management does recognize you for you're work with monetary compensation.

      Cons

      Very high-school like. Staff becomes very clicky witch tends to lead to annoying gossip and lack of respect. The work we do should be compensated more. Facilities and upkeep are lacking but doing the best they can. You either love or hate management team.
