      The residents make the place worth it

      Poor staffing. Management DOES NOT LISTEN TO YOUR CONCERNS, and or address them. Residents don’t receive the care they deserve and cnas are basically suppose to do everyone’s job in the building.

      no work life balance short staffed on call weekday evenings and weekends when this was not agreed upon during hiring management is negative and micromanages
