      Increase Hospice Pay

      Pros

      Office level leadership (hospice) is unmatched. The flexibility, and team of clinicians cannot be found anywhere else.

      Cons

      All field staff are severely underpaid given the current economy. 2% increases do not cover the cost of living increases. Other hospice companies are offering gas money, and car maintenance per month which is significantly higher that what our teams are given. The RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in the field deserve higher pay from this multi-billion dollar company to help with current pricing of needed goods and services in our society.

      Worried about stupid stuff

      Pros

      My co-workers, or at least whoever is still there, residents are fun to talk to & take care of. Administration in the facility is one of the better ones we've had in the past. More than willing to come to the floor to help out.

      Cons

      Corporate is worried about the color of uniforms and dress down days, instead of focusing on getting staff hired to take care of our customers who pay for services which we can barely provide and agency staff who don't provide at all.

      Ok job but some facilities but some facilities are disorganized

      Boss is great however vacation time and just ok.

      They could give better raises. High turnover of staff
