Culture Shift After Buyout

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

•Remote work available on most teams •Teammates can make or break a team

Cons

•Communication has decreased since merger •Loss of accrued PTO, replaced with a flexible PTO policy. New policy marketed as unlimited but has a strictly enforced cap that was never officially communicated •Loyalty between management and employees has broken down •Pay was always below market

Overall Good Place to Work

Pros

Individual team camaraderie is usually good Continuing education and training are available if you ask Varied health benefit options to fit your budget

Cons

Siloed teams. Often unsure what the rest of the company is doing Requiring employees to pay company back for education (training, school, conference attendance) if they leave within 12 months of training seem excessive
