Great pay, incredible benefits, and just the right level of business development: Not too bureaucratic but not too much of a start-up.
Cons
Moving to central Atlanta. Not excited about the traffic for that.

Pros
Great benefits, all paid for Stock options offered in lieu of 401k Biweekly pay and pay stubs accessible by ‘Rippling’ Great training team and clear work instructions Real company growth possible
Cons
Strong presents of clicks. If key people don’t like you, it could be hard to advance or even stay at the company. I watched someone get use as a scapegoat so much that management ended up letting them go. I’ve worked at many places but here it seems to be different in every way. Some good, some bad.
