Pros
The employees make the work environment incredibly special and encouraging. The work we get to do is rewarding and keeps you motivated... never a dull day around the office. Tons of great benefits and employee perks, competitive pay and the feeling of being taken care of by Leadership. Small company feel = unlimited opportunities to grow as a person.
Cons
We're engineering the impossible so there can be some tight turnarounds to meet deadlines but the team is incredibly supportive and it's rewarding to see your work take flight!

Pros
This company has a rare comradery that keeps me excited to go to work. The projects allow for a lot of design freedom and responsibility right off the bat. Most employees were heavily involved with colligate design teams so their work ethic is best of the best.
Cons
Sometimes there are 2-3 months of long hours (60 hour weeks) but that's the nature of the beast. I do not see this really as a con but more of a heads up.
