Pros

Good pay and benefits. Hear it's better than other firms, but who knows how much better now that it's growth above everything. They haven't gone through mass layoffs. Some teams are nice and helpful.

Cons

NEVER has a job messed with my mental health and sense of self like this. Horrible leadership and management. They don't train. Everyone plays favorites (the only way to get promoted). Toxic environment that only gets worse with each day. Everyone steps on everyone else to save themselves and get credit where it is not due.

Cons

Poor culture, it sounds good but does reflect. Poor work life balance. It's definitely ok if you are down to be a corporate robot and enjoy gossip.
