I loved working with my manager he was great. Otherwise the work environment was boring.

No work life balance, very less sick and vacation, Benefits not great, out of budget for new projects, no training or guidance.

So many to list them all but here is a take of probably the most concerning: Proprietary language Such a high turnover rate that makes the code look like spaghetti CEO does not care about his employees. And neither do management
