Pros

I was able to work alongside some smart people. The pay was fair and I learned what to look for in a bad company.

Cons

I wish I had paid attention to all the reviews. I discarded the negative as a disgruntled group of trouble makers. That's not true at all and the feedback is accurate. It is the worst working environment I could ever imagine being in. It is not a cooperative and team focused environment. The leadership, and I use that word loosely, is not looking out for your best interest. It is a manipulative, harsh, unfriendly, and deceitful environment. If you believe in fairness, teamwork, and a positive work environment then this is not a good fit for you. I was appalled by how those at the top treat people and get away with it.

Pros

Easy job doesn’t require too much work

Cons

This company is not one to work for. Recent college grads avoid at all costs. Here are the reasons why not to work here: -Company Culture: There is none, no one seems happy here, no one seems to want to make friends or be personable. Seeing a smile on someone’s face is a rarity you might never see. Welcome to the factory of sadness. -Outdated business practices: You would think in the technology world of business that a software company would make necessary changes to keep up with the changing times right? The complete opposite happens: technology utilized is outdated, business practices aren’t successful, and approaches to gaining new clients are not very effective. -Senior Management: They are ghosts and only care about saving money for the company by being as cheap as possible. For example, in one year of being here I haven’t even seen any of senior management show their face around the office yet they have the audacity to send us letters when you join about how much they exercise and how you shouldn’t put in healthcare claims. Why would they do that? Cause healthcare claims cost them money. This in turn effects... -HR lying and being restricted by senior management: HR will try to bait you in during the interview but don’t fall for their lies. Their goal is to try and get as many people to join the company (due to high turnover -covered later) so they will lie to you about things like flexible working hours and the team you will work with. These aspects turn out to not be true. And if you join and suggest changes, HR will not listen to you or make the changes you want to see happen very difficult to implement due to senior management ruling over them with an iron fist. -Hours: God forbid you try to leave early or show up late. Your hours are being tracked like a hawk and Argo will make sure you are there for the allotted required time. Welcome to the slavery show your shackles will be unchained once you verify what you did every 30 minutes of every hour of every day. -Turnover: People quit this company all the time. I have seen it constantly in a year. And it isn’t people quitting after 5 years looking for something new, it is people quitting after a few months to less than a year, which is very telling. Avoid this company at all costs. Their practices are outdated, HR will be unfair to you, and your job will be boring having you question what the point of your role here is. There are way better company options for college grads and any other people seeking full time work. Do not settle for this company.
