Uncultured, only place where you can see people using all kind of vulgar and bad words. You can see people throwing shoes at each other.

Good for entry level. Just be happy that you have a job. Something is better than nothing. Don't have to work extra hours.

Cons

Bad env. Lots of politics. No respect for employees. Lots of favoritism. According to policy, there is no option for work from home even on emergency need, excepts for some favorite people.
