      It is a very difficult place to work at. Management, company vision, communication, corporate culture are very bad. Poor executive decisions to sell products that they cannot develop or support are ruining the company.

      Pros

      Argo is the kind of place where anyone at any level can identify a real business problem, define solutions, and drive the solutions to market. You have the ability to make a real difference, instead of being a cog in a machine. That type of opportunity isn't available everywhere, and I'm baffled by the negative reviews focused on ADS.

      Cons

      ARGO can be a hard place to work if you are the kind of person that likes being micromanaged, but on the flip side it can be a great place for people with drive and creativity.
