The company maintains a traditional, top-down corporate culture where employees often feel like they are there solely to serve the company’s needs. There is no paid parental leave, and depending on your role, you may feel pressured when using the limited PTO available. Remote work flexibility is very limited, and employees are often required to come into the office even during inclement weather. Processes are poorly defined and inconsistently followed, leading to unnecessary stress and confusion. I witnessed several employees leave due to mental health struggles directly related to the work environment, even after less than a year at the company.
