      Pros

      Its an ok place to work, but I don't recommend it. Upper management doesn't provide any type of support or acknowledgement of our hard work.

      Cons

      The worst place to work, lack of growth, and support. I haven't received a salary increase for almost 3 years. Upper management conducts a biannual meeting to inform their staff how the vice president, Doo, CEO, etc will have a promotion salary change. It's very demoralizing.
