      Terrible management and lack of boundaries between staff and clients and or management

      Pros

      Gained knowledge of substance abuse and mental health and lots of vacation time. The clients are amazing when they begin to reach their potential.

      Cons

      Salary, poor supervision and ridicule when an error is made. The wrong people are promoted and the hard workers are unacknowledged and underpaid. Facilities are kept in poor condition.

      Pros

      Average salaries. Ready to give opportunity even if you don't have much experience.

      Cons

      - They make you work in a position different from the one you actually have. I was hired as Patient Navigator, had to perform Case Manager duties, wasn't trained for that, and at the end of the probationary period they told me I wasn't good enough! - No Team Work. - Supervisors act more as policemen than leaders.
