Pros

This is one of the worst working environments I have ever been in. The executive staff is only worried about increasing the bottom line so they can sell. They only encourage those who will say nice things to leave reviews to try to make them look better. The executive staff and their handpicked managers are some of the most unprofessional people I have worked for.

Cons

The benefits are horrible or practically non-existent. The only good thing is the time off at the holidays. The health insurance is super expensive. Bonuses are arbitrary and few and far between. You cannot voice any dissent, otherwise you will be targeted.

Thank you for providing your feedback. It is important that all of our employees feel their input matters. Recently, we completed an employee engagement survey which allowed employees to anonymously provide their comments and suggestions. Since then, we have implemented some of these items to help improve employee experience. As an ongoing measure, we have also recently added an anonymous online employee feedback/suggestion box to further allow employees’ voices to be heard as well as having an open door policy. Please feel free to speak with a member of the HR team or submit a comment to the online suggestion box at any time! In addition to offering a wide range of benefits including a generous PTO policy, paid holidays, and various medical and voluntary insurance options, almost all of our departments have a structured and clear variable compensation plan to supplement an employee’s base wages. We appreciate what you do and hope that we can improve upon your experience with Aria.
